All membership applications must be through <a href=\"http:\/\/comp.entryeeze.com\/Membership\/Welcome.aspx?cid=95\">EntryEeze<\/a>. We do not accept paper applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Online applications link: <a href=\"http:\/\/comp.entryeeze.com\/Membership\/Welcome.aspx?cid=95\">http:\/\/comp.entryeeze.com\/Membership\/Welcome.aspx?cid=95<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Please note that per the bylaws of TFSC, any skating member<strong> under 18 years<\/strong> of age <strong>MUST <\/strong>have a parent or legal guardian join the club in addition to the skater.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If this is your&nbsp;first time joining <strong>any <\/strong>USFS club, you are eligible for the&nbsp;<strong>INTRODUCTORY <\/strong>rate. Remember to select the introductory categories for both skater and parent to get the best discount. Eligibility will be confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The US Figure Skating (USFS) magazine, titled SKATING, is published <strong>every quarter<\/strong>. One issue of <strong>SKATING <\/strong>will be sent per household. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each TFSC membership includes USFS membership, club social events, testing privileges, and the ability to purchase Club Ice Sessions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Club Ice Sessions may be purchased online through <a href=\"http:\/\/comp.entryeeze.com\/Membership\/Welcome.aspx?cid=95\">EntryEeze<\/a>. Skater and Parent\/Guardian must both be members (see &#8220;Non-Skater Parent\/Guardian&#8221;).&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>INTRODUCTORY <\/strong>Adult Skater (18+)<\/td><td>$140<\/td><td>First time the adult skater has ever joined a USFS club. Includes full club membership including voting, testing, &amp; social events.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>INTRODUCTORY <\/strong>Aspire Skater<\/td><td>$70<\/td><td>\ufeff<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>INTRODUCTORY <\/strong>Non-Skater Parent\/Guardian<\/td><td>$60<\/td><td>First time the parent\/guardian has joined a USFS club. Required for skaters under age of 18. This is a US Figure Skating requirement.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Skater (under 18)<\/td><td>$180<\/td><td>Standard skater under the age of 18. Requires a parent\/guardian to also join per US Figure Skating requirements.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Adult Skater (18+)<\/td><td>$180<\/td><td>Standard skater over the age of 18.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Aspire Skater (renewal)<\/td><td>$85<\/td><td>\ufeff<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Collegiate Skater<\/td><td>$250<\/td><td>Must be a verified college student. Once per lifetime. Eligibility is verified with USFS.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Official\/Judge Skater<\/td><td>$50<\/td><td>\ufeff<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Non-Skating Parent\/Guardian<\/td><td>$105<\/td><td>At least one parent\/guardian is required to join for skaters under the age of 18. This is a US Figure Skating requirement.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Non-Skating Subsequent Parent\/Guardian<\/td><td>$75<\/td><td>Entitles another parent\/guardian to all the perks of the club. It also really helps support figure skating in Tulsa.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Non-Skating Social Supporter<\/td><td>$95<\/td><td>Basically you love figure skating and you want to support figure skating in Tulsa.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Coach<\/td><td>$40<\/td><td>\ufeff<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Associate<\/td><td>$85<\/td><td>Perhaps you are already a member of a different USFS Club but also would like the perks and benefits of being part of the Tulsa FSC?
